  Most reviews here are about the store being messy, failing to realize it is no one’s fault but the lazy customers. I have seen GROWN WOMEN toss around shirts all over a table that an associate folded and organized. I have also seen the laziest of people go through racks and have clothes fall on the floor or throw them on the racks. The lines can be a hassle sometimes, but in the few times I’ve visited, 75% of long lines are due to angry customers or customers who want to do multiple transactions for a coupon. I have seen these associates struggle with carts after carts full of clothes. Went to the fitting rooms twice in the same visit, both times the girl was cleaning out the SAME fitting room I attended 15 minutes apart. I believe this store has much room for improvement but my few times I have been attended at the registers, the associates helped me save more than what I had a coupon for. Been shopping at JCP for years, I have always enjoyed the array of styles and departments they offer!

  This is the worst place to shop. The entire store is a complete mess. There is more stuff on the floor and in the wrong area than where it’s supposed to be. Don’t expect the employees to know what they’re doing either. You’re better off going to Ross. They really should consider burning the place down and starting over.
