- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆March 19, 2019, by M GData should easily transfer from one apple phone to another, yet the process is not working at this store and we have already spent 7 hours waiting for 2 phones to be upgraded properly. So I called Sprint Customer service and get asked 10 questions only to feel like I am still getting nowhere with them! They actually do not have a technical support direct line. It takes about 5 steps just to speak with a live customer service rep. Wow. I am really unimpressed and have lost my patience.
