  Figured switching from Verizon to T-mobile would be easy until I sent my parents in to simply retrieve the replacement SIM card and they got upsold on all kinds of products. To make things worse, when they realized they had been upsold on products they didn't need, T-mobile wants to charge a restocking fee on each product!! Chris is the predator to watch out for and Mae is not any better. Go somewhere else.

  Second time I've come here in two days and it took forever to be helped. The manager writes your name on a list but if they know someone who walks in they get helped first.

  awful customer service they lie to you just to get a sell and add lines to your account and then they back out of what they promise and thats the manegers and then they just say yes i told you i could do that but i actually cant and theres nothing i can do know i hate tmobile
